We're a family-owned Haitian restaurant on Nassau Road in Uniondale. Every plate carries the flavors we grew up with.
Epis and Haitian spices
We season with Haitian spices and slow-marinated epis, and we cook the traditional way. Every dish tastes like home.
What's on the table
Start with griot, which is fried pork, or try the fried goat, oxtail or tassot with legumes, diri ak pwa or black rice. And if you haven't had a Haitian patty, it's a flaky pastry shell filled with seasoned meat, seafood or vegetables.
A seat for everyone
Walk-ins are welcome, and we have senior discounts. There's always room at our table, so come on by.
When the party is bigger
Wedding catering is the one we enjoy most, because we know how much those days mean. We can handle setup, serving staff and cleanup.
